Privacy Policy

Ninety Rush

Effective November 7, 2026

Ninety Rush ("the app") is made by Amer Hamed ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles your information.

In short

Ninety Rush does not collect any data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no crash reporting, and it does not connect to the internet.

Data stored on your device

To work, the app saves your game records (results of past games) and your settings (such as sound, vibration and appearance) on your device. This data is never sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.

Like other app data, it may be included in your device's own backups (for example iCloud backup), which you control through your device settings.

Computer opponents

Every opponent in the app, including those in the simulated room, is a computer player that runs on your device. No other people take part and nothing about you is shared with anyone.

Voice countdown

The spoken "3, 2, 1, GO!" countdown uses the text-to-speech engine built into your device. The app sends only those words to the engine, and no audio or text leaves your device.

Ratings and reviews

The app may occasionally ask whether you would like to rate it. This uses the standard review prompt provided by your device's operating system. We do not receive any information from it beyond what the app store makes public.

Third parties

The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking services, and we do not sell or share any information.

Children

Ninety Rush involves no real money, betting or prizes. Because it collects no data, it collects no data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
